Order Processing & Fulfillment

• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
• Once orders are processed shipment will take 5-8 business days to be shipping.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will begin processing the following business day.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Ground Shipping (FedEx)
• For large volume buyers, please contact info@citreve.com
• Once orders are processed shipment will take 2-3 business days to be shipping.

Shipping method is selected based on order size, weight, and delivery location. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order.

• All 48 continental U.S. states
• Alaska and Hawaii (by request – additional shipping fees apply)

Product Packaging & Handling

All CITREVE products are:

• Packed with 300cc oxygen absorbers and 2g silica gel packets
• Sealed for long-lasting freshness with no refrigeration required
• Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
