Refund & Return Policy
At CITREVE, we take pride in crafting premium freeze-dried citrus garnishes that deliver freshness, consistency, and quality in every package. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once they leave our facility. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of freeze-dried foods, all sales are considered final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or quantity
- Preference of taste or flavor
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement shipment of the affected product
- A store credit toward a future purchase
Important to Note:
- Due to oxygen absorbers and possible altitude change, some jars may experience panelling. However, the product within can still be used including any powdered dust.
Shipping Issues
While we take every precaution to package orders securely, CITREVE is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). If your shipment is delayed or lost, please notify us so we can help track the order and work with the carrier if needed.
