Behind CITREVE is a team of innovators, chefs, and storytellers dedicated to redefining what freeze-dried food can be.
What started as a backyard passion—preserving the colors of my garden—has grown into a full-scale mission to make freeze-dried food creative, sustainable, and accessible. Based in Utah with a background in food storage and preparation, I quickly became fascinated with the potential of freeze-drying beyond just long-term storage.
As a frequent presenter at Catersource, I’ve shared my vision of freeze-drying as an art form and a solution for reducing food waste. That vision became CITREVE—a brand built on innovation, sustainability, and gourmet possibilities.

As CITREVE’s Production Manager, I keep our operations running smoothly—from managing timelines and workflows to making sure every batch meets our high standards. I’m all about efficiency and quality.

When I’m not behind the camera or a keyboard, I’m underwater! I volunteer as a scuba diver at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium with my partner. It’s just as magical as it sounds and I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to interact with marine life so close to home!
