Pineapple Pistachio Tajin White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

- 11 oz white vanilla flavored chips
- Citreve Freeze Dried Pineapple Chips, approximately 25 pieces or more if desired 
- 1/2 cup roasted and salted pistachios, roughly chopped 
- Tajin seasoning, sprinkled to taste

Instructions:

Melt the vanilla white chips then spread on a silicone mat or parchment paper. Spread to approximately 9”x9”.

Place the Citreve Freeze-Dried Pineapple Chips on the melted vanilla flavored chips. Sprinkle on the chopped pistachio then sprinkle on the Tajin seasoning. 

Allow to harden for 3-4 hours. This time allows for the pineapple chips to release even more flavor. Break apart to serve….Sooooo good
