Cheesy Jalapeno Popper & Bacon Dip

Can a Dairy-Free dip actually win the Super Bowl? I’m betting on it for this round of the Food Social Recipe Rumble. My Bacon-Jalapeño Blitz Dip is creamy, cheesy, and 100% Gluten-Free. It’s the perfect ‘everyone-is-invited’ appetizer that proves you don’t need dairy to play in the big leagues. Grab a chip and join the huddle!

Ingredients:
8 oz Vegan Cream Cheese, Plain
1/2 cup Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Collagen Yogurt - Culina
1 cup Dairy-Free Mexican Style Shreds - Violife
1/2 tsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo
3 whole Jalapeño Pepper, diced
1 tsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate
3 cloves Garlic, diced
1/2 tsp Freeze-Dried Lemon Wedges - CITREVE, chopped
Process
- Sautee bacon in a pan until crisp and set aside.
- Sautee garlic and jalapeno for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
- In a large bowl add cream cheese, 1/2c mexican cheese, yogurt, tamari, and seasoning together.
- Fold in garlic and jalapenos.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with dried citrus.
- Serve with gf toast or tortilla chips.
- Enjoy!
